Mohair fiber can be found in a variety of grades which is determined by its fineness (measured in microns). Mohair, traditionaly white, is available in fantastic natural colors! We have been breeding for rich, natural color for over 15 years with a focus on maintaining sound bodies and uniform fleeces. We continually work to improve fiber quality.

We take orders for custom shawls and wraps, woven on triangle and rectangle looms. Occasionally Jim, the weaver, has a vision and designs one for sale.If you see something you like, or have a vision of your own, please let us know and we can work with you to bring it to life.
A double woven, 100% mohair, 7-foot shawl with 7-inch fringe. Woven an a triangle loom using soft and lustrous naturally colored mohair, this shawl represents a family unit; Vin is the sire (silver gray), Mahogany is the dam (soft brown stripe and base) and daughter, Makayla shows off one of her nicest fleeces in the cream. Long enough to be worn around your waist, tied behind your back or thrown over your shoulders. This wrap drapes beautifully and feels luxurious! $245
